I order a pizza at 6:45 online. My pizza didn't arrive until 8:08. The man argue me down that my pizza was hot, I sent tje pizza back. I also had spoke with someone on rhe phone rhat told me they could make my pizza over. I told the young lady that I would come and pick the pizza up.. She told me upon my arrival my pizza will done. I get there they have the same pizza that I sent back, offer me the pizza. I told them I wanted a fresh pizza. I didn't drive to just pick up a pizza I sent back. The manager steps in and say ok we will make another pizza. Then this the kicker they tried to charge me the same amount of money as if they delivered a hot pizza... I want order from them anymore........
BE AWARE DELIVERY IS SLOW. Good food but Delivery is very slow. I called at 730 and it's now 930 and there was no sign of the driver. I ended up cancelling my order and they refused to refund my money!! this was at 915pm and the driver was still not here. I will never buy from this place ever again.
I placed a delivery order tonight at 8pm, and followed it with the "track your order" site, and by 9:20pm it still said "preparing your order"! They never finished making it apparently, since it's 11:40pm and no one ever came. I'm not surprised to see all these negative reviews -they're well-merited.
They were right on time and the food was still hot. My delivery guy, Magic, called me when he arrived and was very pleasant with great manners and was very professional unlike many fast food Restaurants. And the pizza and chicken was good
It's a hit or miss with this place. The food can be decent but the staff lacks consistency. Every time l come here the staff is different and it really depends on who you get on that day. Sometimes it can be a decent experience other times it can be horrible experience. The bad part is 80% of the time the food is late customers order 30 mins ahead of time and when you get to the location they have not even begun your order. I say if you have an alternative pizza place that you should you choose that one instead of choosing to this location.
